Related Items Service
Supply Chain are now able to offer a related item service.
This means if a requested item is showing as out of stock Customers are now able to select other related items if required, see user guide below.
The ‘Related Items’ functionality is currently only available to South Customers. It will be available to our North Customers shortly.
Below is a user guide for using this new functionality;
Please ensure that the Availability Box is open in order to identify any out of stock items
Using the Sales Order Screen;
Enter Header details as usual.
Click on Line Items and enter the first item.

If there are any items related to that item, the catalogue no. will turn blue/purple and the box at the bottom of screen called ‘Related Items’ becomes active.
Click on this, and a box is displayed with all related items. Choose which item(s) you require by putting a tick in the box or boxes to the left of the catalogue number and click apply. This will add all the items selected to the order.

Item(s) will show on Line Items screen. Amend the quantity as required.
Book the order as normal.
Please be aware the item will only go on your order if it is on your Trust Pricelist.
